The most important part of the upgrade includes the abilty for the urgent cares to send all medical claims in the 5010 compliant format as well as work in a ONC ATCB Certified platform.

Urgent Care Centers of the Carolinas, is a full-service medical facility with two locations in central North Carolina. They offer adult and pediatric care, on-site diagnostic services as well as occupational medicine solutions.

Since its introduction in 2009, Connect(x) HealthWare’s Chart(x) web-based EHR is a product complete with medical imaging capabilities (PACS), medical billing functions, as well as a host of staffing management and QA tools.
